Thanks for shopping at Presume With Style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 5 days from the day you received your order. If you received your order more than 5 days ago, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange anymore. You are eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition as you have received it. It also has to be in its original packaging. All Purchase items from the sale section are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized orders are always a final sale. All of our orders ship through USPS. Shipping cost varies depending on location. Orders usually take 1-2 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses or lost packages. Once they have been handed to USPS. In the event of a lost package the customer can create a claim through www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. For hygiene purposes and safety, earrings are non returnable and non refundable.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your product. We recommend shipping the product via a traceable carrier and to keep the proof of shipment. Shipping fees are non refundable.
