Refunds

Once we received your returned purchase, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your return item. We only give credit for the same value of the return item. No refund of money, only exchange. All sales are final; no refunds or exchange are accepted for orders placed during promotions or discounts. The client is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. The shipping cost of the order is non-refundable. If your purchase is damaged when received, we can replace the item for you. Sending an email to PresumeWS@gmail.com within 5 days after receiving your purchase otherwise you won't be eligible for replacement of product.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your product. We recommend shipping the product via a traceable carrier and to keep the proof of shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
